Drawn by the desire to take action and create change since he was a boy, Nissim had a 10-year career in journalism, in which by as early as the age of 30 he served as editor-in-chief of Yedioth Ahronoth’s financial magazine, Mamon. Since founding the company in 2003, Douek has served as a senior strategist and consultant and has led a long series of public and political campaigns, many of which have shaped Israeli society’s agenda.
Doron began his professional career in the Israeli Knesset as a parliamentary adviser and in the Ministry of Economy under then-Minister Naftali Bennett. In recent years, he has served as a communications consultant to large corporations in the economy and managed several media crises that have occupied the agenda in the State of Israel.
He holds an LLB from Ono Academic College and was admitted to the bar in 2018
Barak has more than a decade of experience in PR and spokesmanship, including spokesmanship in large public organizations such as the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit and the Ministry of Justice Spokesman’s Department. Barak’s clients include, among others Manpower, Forum 15 (the Israeli Forum of Self-Governed Cities) and the National Union of Israeli Students.
Reut has more than 10 years of experience in operations, project Management and production. She graduated with a BSc in Molecular Biochemistry from Technion University, but realized her true passion lies in operations and project management.
Dikla has a great deal of experience in the political and business sectors and in the supervision of campaigns. For 12 years, she served as parliamentary assistant in the Knesset to former ministers and Meretz party chairmen Yossi Sarid and Chaim Oron (Jumes). She has also worked for 6 years with the chairman of Harel Insurance & Finance.
Liat has 10 years of experience in building marketing systems in both traditional and digital media. She specializes in creating viral, accurate and ROI campaigns, and she believes in the power of social media to create change and added value for companies and brands. Liat is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology from the University of Haifa.
Assaf is a Spokesperson, a crisis management and communications consultant. Since 2001, Assaf has held a number of key positions in the IDF Spokesperson Unit. His major positions include Air Force Spokesperson, Israeli Prison Service Spokesperson, and Meuhedet – Health maintenance organization (HMO), when the pandemic of Covid-19 broke out.
Assaf is a Research Fellow at Reichman University's International Institute for Counter-Terrorism Policy (ICT). Additionally, he teaches Communications both for Graduate students at Ono Academic College, with a specialization in cyber crisis management in the M.B.A program and the Marketing and Advertising Program.
