By the age of 30, Nissim had already spent a decade in journalism and was appointed editor-in-chief of *Mamon*, the financial magazine of *Yedioth Ahronoth*. Driven by a lifelong passion for making an impact, he went on to found unik in 2003, where he has since served as a senior strategist and advisor, leading numerous high-profile public and political campaigns — many of which have helped shape Israel’s national agenda.
As CEO of unik, Daniela navigates the complex environments of public narrative design, sensitive interfaces between different sectors, and measurable influence in various communication arenas, to provide the company's clients with a clear business strategy and long-term reputational value. Beyond the media world and representing unik in international frameworks and partnerships, Daniela also serves as co-founder and CEO of DUNICA, a biotech company developing an innovative therapeutic approach for the early stages of Type 1 Diabetes, which has achieved success in the pre-clinical stage and recognition from pharmaceutical giant Merck.
Operations Manager
Lilach has over 15 years of experience in administrative and financial management, including at the "Liberal" communication group. Prior to that, Lilach worked in marketing and sales in media for over a decade, including at the "Haaretz" group and "Horim VeYeladim" magazine.
Office Manager
A film studies graduate with a rich background in content editing, media production, and management of video projects, website design, branding, and digital for Peanuts Studio, JVN, My Campus, the Real Estate Center, and Peri Kfir Actors Agency. Hila believes in balancing order and efficiency with sensitivity and human communication, building work processes that advance all project partners. She loves plants, dogs, and people too.
Senior Communications Consultant
With over 17 years of experience in public relations and investor relations, specializing in accompanying leading companies in the Israeli economy and managing communication campaigns with broad public impact. Over the years, Itay has advised key bodies in the economy and led significant content initiatives aimed at raising awareness and influencing the public agenda in Israel. He holds two master’s degrees in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Marketing from Reichman University.
A graduate of law with honors, certified as an attorney in 2018. He served as a parliamentary advisor in the Knesset and the Ministry of Economy, under the then-Minister Naftali Bennett. In recent years, he has managed several communication crises that dominated the Israeli public agenda and served as a communication consultant for large corporations in the economy.
With over 10 years of seniority in the company, Barak has served as unik’s VP of PR in recent years, a role in which he coordinates the department’s work and handles strategic clients. Barak served in the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, worked in the Ministry of Justice Spokesperson’s Office, and has been with the unik communication group for over a decade. Barak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science and a Master’s degree in Political Communication—both from Tel Aviv University.
Communications Consultant
Dana has over 20 years of experience in marketing communications management, media strategy development, and leading top brands in the local arena. Over the years, Dana has successfully advised retail companies, food chains, lifestyle brands, culinary businesses, beauty, tourism, and real estate, managed large-scale communication campaigns, and led strategic media initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, as well as a course in mediation and negotiation management.
Digital Marketing Consultant
Content expert, former journalist and editor who worked in most of Israel’s newspapers. One of the pioneers of the internet in Israel—the first editor of Walla! and later of Nana. Served on the board of directors of the public internet company Tapuz Anashim, and as Digital Manager for the Jewish Agency. Studied Film and Television at Tel Aviv University and Beit Zvi, and Digital Media at Reichman University. Lectured at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and Reichman University. Winner of the Israeli Film Institute Short Screenplay Award, 1988.
Digital Marketing Consultant
Brakan is a content consultant, copywriter, and digital strategist, with experience in brand management and creating brand language that is tailored for diverse audiences. She holds a bachelor's degree in communication and sociology from Ben-Gurion University and a master's degree in new media from Reichman University. She is currently completing a master's degree with a thesis in organizational sociology at Ben-Gurion University, where she is researching the implementation of artificial intelligence in healthcare organizations.
